All our rugs are hand made to order in our studio, in sunny California. Currently, please allow 3-9 weeks for us make your order. When your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a notification email with tracking information.
If there is going to be a delay, we will contact you via email.
If you need your item by a special date, please let us know.
Little Miss Tuft It delivers products domestically via United States Postal Service and internationally via USPS or UPS.

- International shipping times may vary between 1-14 Business Days
Additional Duties and Taxes for International Orders
There may be additional import fees, duties and/or taxes applied to international shipments. These fees and charges are the responsibility of the customer. If your order does require these additional fees, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Customs agents have the right to either release or hold your package. In rare cases this may delay delivery.
